How does our service work?
Homeowners, primarily looking for prescreened contractors find us by searching for all types of remodeling on the Internet. Additionally, through our contacts with lenders and agents, we receive qualified homeowners looking for work to be done on their homes.
You then fill out our one page secure application detailing your budget, project description, and your contact information. You get a confirmation page and email.
One our representatives then calls you within 1 business day to verify your contact information and to quickly review your application to make sure we get all the details we need to find the right contractor for you.
Using our propriety matching system, we then search our network the right contractors in your area that specialize in what you want to have done.
We then pass your information to the contractors and they will call you within 4 business days from the time you submit your information.

What areas do you service?
We service all states and provinces in the United States and Canada. We have a team of matching professionals that actively seek new contractors from all over the North America to service our homeowners.
How do you find and prescreen contractors?
We actively seek contractors nationwide. We find contractors through the state license board, Internet, contractor associations and through referrals. When a contractor submits their information we check their license with their state license boards, if applicable. We also ask if the contractor is licensed and bonded, however that is not a requirement to join out network.
We look at each contractor to see if there are any negative marks on their license. If a contractor has more than 1 bad mark on their license they will not be accepted into our network.
How do contractors join our network?
Contractors can join our network by filling out our fax application or signing up on line. We then review all the information they submit, review their state license file, where applicable, and make sure they are a quality contractor with no negative marks on their license.
How many contractors will contact me?
Normally, we refer your information to no more than 2-3 contractors. For larger projects like bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling and room additions we will refer your information to a maximum of 4 contractors.
How much does this service cost?
The cost is absolutely free to homeowners. We bill our contractors per lead we provide them.
How do you match contractors to my project?
Using our proprietary matching system we match contractors based on your project needs. When a contractor joins our network, they submit a list of specialties that we use to match them to you. We also map their position with yours to make sure you are matched with contractors within 50 miles of you.
How long have you been in business?
Our business was established in 2003 and we started our online venture in January 2005. We have worked in Southern California primarily as a smaller referral company and launched nationwide in January.
As we have noticed that more and more homeowners log on to the Internet to find contractors, and we are here to help you. We hired a brilliant web design team to take our business online and continually grow the business with us.
What happens if your contractors do not contact me?
In the event you do not hear from a contractor within 4 days, we ask that you email or call our offices. If we are unable to match you with a contractor, it means we are actively seeking contractors for your project. There are special cases in certain areas that we are unable to match homeowners. We do our best to let our homeowners know up front if we are unable to match them.
Do you follow up with me?
Yes! We follow up with you within 1-2 weeks after we matched you. We call to find out how your project is going, if you chose one of our contractors and if you have ideas on how we can improve our business. At that time, if you are working with a contractor in our network we ask you for your contractor rating of our contractor to help us note and only match the best contractors.
How can you guarantee that the contractors you refer do good work?
We can not guarantee the quality of the work the contractors do. We also do not take any liability in the referrals we provide and are not liable for any work performed on your home. In addition, we are not responsible for property damage or claims made by the contractor. It is up to you to choose the right contractor. If you experience service from a contractor that does not meet your expectations, we welcome you to contact us and let us know so we can immediately remove the contractor from receiving more bids. As we grow, we will implement a contractor rating system, allowing our customers to rate each contractor they meet with.
